BY ATTENDING AS A STUDENT OF GOOD VIBES YOGA LLC,

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

🖤 PREGNANT STUDENTS MAY ONLY ATTEND MOON FLOW, YOGA NIDRA

No refunds, exchanges, returns or transfers. Passes and Memberships may not be shared. Doors are locked at the start of each class, and late entry is not permitted. Leaving class early is strongly discouraged. Good Vibes Yoga LLC is PRIVATE PROPERTY and reserves the right to refuse student entry. Anyone with rude, threatening, abusive or offensive behavior (through email, towards instructors or other students) may be banned from property. Students must be 18 years of age or older. Please check our online schedule on MindBody, classes and instructors may change without notice. Fees are subject to change without notification. In attending classes at Good Vibes Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any claims whatsoever against Good Vibes Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage, loss, wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice. Cancel your online reservation if you are unable to attend, so that others may take class. Auto-Renew memberships do not have carry-over to the next month if unused.

MEMBERSHIP TIER CHANGES, FREEZES & CANCELLATIONS

CHANGES = Downgrades & Upgrades in Membership Tier Pricing

FREEZES = Keep your Membership for up to 2 Months Inactive by Providing a Date of Reactivation in Your Request

CANCELLATIONS = Termination, or Pause of Membership with No Date of Reactivation

FREEBIES:

  • There is no fee to downgrade, freeze, or cancel membership after 12 months of active membership.

  • There is no fee to upgrade membership at any time.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

  • When the membership is less than 12 months active, there is a $35 administration fee to downgrade, or freeze a membership.

  • When the membership is less than 12 months active, there is a $65 administration fee to cancel membership.
