BY ATTENDING AS A STUDENT OF GOOD VIBES YOGA LLC,

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

RESERVATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

Pregnant students may only attend STRETCH, CALM

Group Classes are suitable for those who are in good health.

For students who are struggling with Mental Health, Neurological Disorders, Specific Medical Concerns, or Addiction, Group Classes are not suitable until approved by our 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧.

No refunds, extensions, exchanges, returns or transfers.

Passes, Memberships, and Accounts may not be shared.

⫸ You may only attend class with your legal name, and accurate contact information. We may require to see your Government issued Identification card to enter. You may not enter using a fictitious name or inaccurate information.

⫸ Doors are locked at the start of each class, and late entry is not permitted. Leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

Good Vibes Yoga LLC is PRIVATE PROPERTY and reserves the right to refuse student entry. Anyone with rude, threatening, abusive, offensive, or psychologically unstable behavior (through email, towards instructors or other students) will be banned from property with the Police Department.

Fees are subject to change without notification. 

⫸ In attending classes at Good Vibes Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any claims whatsoever against Good Vibes Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage, loss, wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

It is the responsibility of the student to notify the teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
